College Hill, London EC3Having worked on the interior design of each of College Hill’s previous buildings since their early days, this project comprised the fit out of a newly refurbished building at Royal Mint Court. Working with the client and contractors, I helped plan the partition and lighting layouts in relation to their requirements, and produced a new updated interior design scheme for them whilst also incorporating some of their existing furniture. In order to create an interesting ambience very simply, I made each bedroom’s interior design scheme represent a different country that the Merchant Navy travelled to, with curtain fabrics and artwork redolent of the country, and a print of the ships that sailed there in each room. All completed satisfactorily and on budget, which, given it was my first hotel project, was pleasing. See the pictures Maritz, MarlowInterior design of new offices for a client relocating London.
